​Our self-guided tours offer the flexibility to ride at your own pace and customize your route. Our tours start at $80 and are based on what location and route you wish to ride. Tours include an easy-to-use GPS app with pre-programmed routes, a helmet, a bike lock, and an e-bike. Choose among 3 different tour options: The Ultimate Volcano Experience, Hilo Historical Tour or The Tropical Paradise Expedition in Waikoloa.

Ask for an evaluation test ride before renting the e-bike. Make sure you are able to properly balance, get on and off the bike, make controlled turns, and properly use the gear system and the pedal assist feature.

The safety of our guests is our top priority and we reserve the right to cancel a reservation if we believe a rider does not have enough bike riding experience. This will be determined during the test ride. 

Unfortunately no, children aged 15 or older may ride an e-bike with adult supervision. An additional safety waiver is required. However, in accordance with Hawai'i laws, those under the age of 15 are not allowed to operate an e-bike.

Our trips proceed regardless of inclement weather conditions, and we operate in rain or shine. We strongly recommend that you come prepared for adverse weather conditions. Optional ponchos are available for rent at an additional cost, as we do not supply rain gear.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.
